Travel straight back to 2009 and the peak era of durable, compact desktop computing with an authentic business-class workhorse: an original Dell Vostro 220s Small Form Factor (SFF) Desktop PC!

Finished in Dell’s sleek, all-black industrial design with a high-gloss piano black front bezel, contrasting silver accent belt, and vertical drive concealment doors, the Vostro 220s packs full desktop utility into an ultra-slim, space-saving chassis. Powered by a high-frequency Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 processor running at 2.93GHz (Wolfdale 45nm architecture, 3MB L2 cache, 1066MHz FSB), 2.00 GB of DDR2 RAM, and an internal 250GB SATA hard drive (218 GB formatted NTFS C: partition with over 95 GB of free space), this system runs a clean, authentic installation of Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 32-Bit (Service Pack 1).

For retro PC gamers and vintage tech archivists, this dedicated Windows 7 machine is an ideal, stable bridge for running mid-to-late 2000s and early-2010s PC classics that struggle with DRM blockades, modern OS scaling glitches, or crash-to-desktop errors on Windows 10/11. Backed by integrated Intel graphics and robust processing speed, it glides through era favorites like Fallout 3, The Sims 2 & 3, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, Portal, Civilization IV, Half-Life 2, Left 4 Dead, and Diablo II.

Despite its slim micro-tower footprint, the Vostro 220s offers versatile connectivity: an integrated vertical-mount DVD-RW optical drive, convenient front USB and audio ports, dual PS/2 legacy ports for vintage mechanical keyboards and ball mice, an RS-232 serial COM port, 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet, and native analog VGA video output (ideal for pairing directly with vintage CRT monitors or 4:3 LCD displays).

The Intel Core 2 Duo 2.93GHz processor runs smooth and quiet, all 2GB of RAM test healthy, and the 250GB hard drive reads and writes cleanly with a healthy partition. Front and rear USB ports respond promptly, the vertical optical drive functions properly, and the onboard VGA port outputs a crisp, clear video signal.

• Cosmetic Condition: Great vintage condition overall. The piano-black front fascia and black steel chassis are structurally solid with no broken doors, missing covers, or cracked plastic. The glossy front faceplate shows light, normal cosmetic signs of handling, shelf marks, and hairline finish scuffs consistent with careful use and age. Original front case badges and the rear service tag barcode label (35GJML1) are intact and fully legible. Please review the high-resolution photos for an exact look at physical condition.
