Vintage Delta Products 32K Static RAM Memory S-100 board, marked BD PN 10-1007 REV G. Silkscreened 32K STATIC RAM MEMORY and PHANTOM. Delta Products logo present.

This is a late-1970s / early-1980s S-100 (IEEE-696 era) static RAM card with Phantom* support. The Tarbell 32K RAM board is documented as essentially the same design.

What’s on the board

• 64 × 4K×1 static RAM chips (Intel P2141-4 and/or Hitachi HM5257N-3L class parts) = 32 KB

• Additional support ICs, voltage regulators, and discrete parts

• Gold-finger S-100 edge connector

• Jumpers / address-select area and Phantom-related markings (CS 64 / 32 visible on the board)

• Warranty sticker still present: “WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED 89692MM”

• El Salvador / assembly date-code style markings on several chips
