The freight carrier is not responsible for bringing thepallet up your driveway or onto your property. Residential, inside, orremote location delivery requests will incur additional shippingcharges. We strongly advise customers to contact their technicianfor proper installation. Failure to do so could result in error codes,unit damage, or poor performance.
