This is a repair kit meant to repair the Ergotron Workfit-C. There are plastic pulleys and ropes inside these units that eventually break, causing a safety mechanism to engage, which causes the unit to get stuck (can't lower it anymore). This listing includes all of the parts required to get your desk fixed again:

• All 3 main pulleys (two of them will come as an assembled as a single unit instead of separately)
• All 3 replacement ropes
• All hardware required to install it

The installation is very difficult! You should watch the video and see if this is a repair that you feel comfortable/capable of taking on before ordering! There are many tools required that are not included, including drivers, sockets, some rope, etc. This repair is not for the faint of heart!
