This item has 6 grounded AC outlets and a built-in RESET / OFF switch with circuit-breaker protection. The back of the unit is includes the identification marking: E190399 and indicates the electrical rating: 15A, 125VAC, 60Hz
As shown in the photos (difficult to read due to same-color molded markings), the U.S. wall prong connection end that plugs directly into the wall identifies the following product information:
