HP Designjet Z6200 42" Photo Large Format Printer

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY

This printer powers on, and we were able to navigate the menus and erase the hard drive. We could not print with it, though, because the printer says that 1 printhead is missing, even though they are all present(see pics.) We received this item from a client of ours in this condition. We do not know if the issue can be resolved or not, or if there aremissing parts and/orother functional issues.
