Quality Assurance

1. All servers pass full power-on and stability testing before dispatch; all attached test photos are actual shot of the shipped unit.
2. 3-month warranty only covers original hardware manufacturing defects; damage from wrong installation, overclock or human misuse is out of warranty scope.
3. Due to China's customs policy, returned shipments cannot go through customs clearance smoothly, so return or refund service is temporarily unavailable.
4. In case of transit damage or hardware faults within the 3-month warranty period, we support free replacement of faulty spare parts for shipment. Alternatively, you may arrange local maintenance on your own, and we will cover all related repair expenses fully.

Shipping Information

1. We will arrange shipment within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation, and send you the tracking number once the package is dispatched.
2. The listed product price does not include shipping costs, all freight fees must be paid separately by buyers before placing orders.
3. The shipping cost displayed on the page is the air freight price to the United States. We prioritize air delivery for North America including the United States and Canada.
4. For sea shipping to most countries and regions, real-time logistics tracking is unavailable during container transportation; real-time tracking can be checked only after goods arrive at the destination port and are handed over to UPS or local last-mile delivery providers.
5. Buyers outside the US please contact customer service in advance for exclusive shipping quotations. Sea freight, land transportation and air shipping are available for most countries.
6. Due to high import tariffs and strict customs policies in Brazil, orders from Brazilian customers are temporarily not accepted.
7. All import duties, customs clearance fees incurred after goods arrive at the destination country shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
