Important: this is a U.2 (SFF-8639) NVMe drive. It looks like a 2.5-inch SATA SSD and it is not one. It will not work on a SATA port or in a standard desktop without a U.2 host connection (a U.2 backplane, an M.2-to-U.2 adapter cable, or a PCIe U.2 adapter card). Please confirm your system supports U.2 NVMe before buying.

Burn-in, not just a SMART read: every drive got a full-capacity sequential write with CRC32C read-back verification, then an hour of 70/30 random 4K at queue depth 256, on a Supermicro H12SSL-NT in a native U.2 slot. All four passed with zero errors. Measured 2.84-3.04 GB/s sequential write and 3.39 GB/s sequential read (the Gen3 bus limit), about 370k read / 159k write IOPS mixed, peak temperature 56C. The unsafe-shutdown counter reads 77-80 on each. That is the host losing power or being hard-reset over four years, not a drive fault; the drives have power-loss protection and show no errors from any of those events.

Securely erased with NVMe Format (user data erase) after testing, and post-erase SMART is unchanged. Sold as tested working pulls. No-returns listing; Money Back Guarantee still applies to items not as described.
