Fresh Windows 11 install, but can change OS for faster speeds if you wish. Battery hold charge does not hold charge and power adapter is not included (available for cheap online). I had some difficulty getting the power adapter to work, but I was using a universal one. This laptop works- but these are used and have no guarantees (sold as-is). Only general use tests done. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns before or after purchase!
