  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you mayreturn it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges)within 14 days, subject to a Return Authorization from us (see exceptionsabove), and with applicable restocking fees.Free shipping only applies ifyou keep the item, our actual shipping expense will be deducted from yourrefund. Obtain an RA(Return Authorization) number by contacting us by using ’s messageoptions. Include your order number, thereason for return, and whether the product has been opened or is still factorysealed. Please note that an RA # doesnot guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must bein original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts andmanuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Keep your purchased item, accessories, andall packing materials in new condition to avoid any additional restockingfees. Do not tape or write anything onthe item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged,altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents, or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any suchitems.

  • All returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton with valid RA # written on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • Please note: we will refuse any package that does not have a valid RA#. There are no exceptions.
  • Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. Sorry, we will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
  • We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges for ANY returns back to us.

  All non-defective items other than those mentionedin the last sentence above in the first paragraph of the “Returns” section, maybe returned within 14 days after delivery date.
