This is a blank PCB only for building a Manual PROM Programmer for 82s123,82s23, 74s288, and 74s188chips. This programmer is designed to be powered from a PC power supply or arcade power supply with 12v and 5v lines. Assembly requires soldering and basic electronics experience.
