The TVS-AIh1688ATX has twelve 2.5"/3.5" SATA III drive bays and four 2.5" drive bays that can accommodate either U.2 NVMe SSDs or SATA III SSDs. Two 10GbE ports and two 2.5GbE ports allow for fast data connections, while peripherals and external storage drives may be added using two 40 Gb/s USB4 ports, two 10 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, three 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, and one HDMI 2.1 port. Expansions, including 10/25/100GbE network cards, storage expansion cards, and QM2 expansion cards may be added using one PCIe 4.0 x16 expansion slot and two PCIe 4.0 x4 expansion slots. Also supported are RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60, and JBOD, read speeds of up to 2362 MB/s and write speeds of up to 2363 MB/s via 10GbE, AES NI volume encryption, and more.
