Cosmetics
Although I do my best to be complete in describing the state of the items please also check the high-resolution pictures for your personal detailed assessment. They are part of the description and high resolution so you can amplify them to see details.
Everything in the listing is very well preserved for being 20+ years old. As you can see from the pictures the two main cosmetics issues are: 1) the slightly torn hinges of the boxes. That is the usual weak point of these boxes with heavy items in the two sides. Unfortunately, a common appearance in iPod boxes of those days. 2) the back of the iPods vary from heavily scratched to basically no scratches.
Please see the pictures to complete your assessment. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE COULD BE AN ISSUE FOR YOU THEN DO NOT BUY THIS SET. THESE ARE COLLECTOR'S ITEMS.
