Here is a tower PC originally built as a quality home PC in January 2000. I have removed the modem, added an ethernet card, and replaced the CMOS battery, and DVD-ROM drive. The previous owner had added an IDE DVD burner, and upgraded to a 40GB hard drive, which are both still working. Everything else is original equipment and still working. The system is now ready to install your favorite applications, from floppy diskette, CD, DVD, network, or from a USB flash drive.
This 18.8" tall ATX tower case has a 200W power supply installed. There are still four empty drive bays: one exposed 5.25", one exposed and two hidden 3.5" bays. A DVD-ROM drive, a DVD-RW drive, a 1.44MB 3.5" floppy drive and 40GB 3.5" hard drive are installed.
Inside the sturdy case is an Intel slot 1 motherboard with an Intel 440BX chipset and a 600 MHz Pentium III processor. There are three 168-pin DIMM sockets for up to 768MB of RAM. I include the original 128MB DIMM and two empty sockets. The AGP slot has an Nvidia RIVA TNT2 m64 graphics card with 16MB of SDRAM. There are two empty PCI expansion slots plus another empty slot for either an ISA or a PCI card. One PCI slot is filled with a 10/100 ethernet card. Another PCI slot is filled by a Creative Sound Blaster Live! CT4830. Intel also included two PS/2 ports, two serial ports, one parallel port, and two USB 1.1 ports, all on the back of the case.

The Western Digital 40GB hard drive is partitioned as a single C: drive with no bad sectors.
