Our 2200 Series of metal cabinets are jam packed withcustom features! Designed to speed up the assembly process with the accessoriesneeded to make installation simple.
Dynamic Design –These racks are designed with a consistent thread size all the way through. We providetwo different screws which are different in length but share the same diameter.Our shorter of the two screws has been designed for assembling the rack. Thesmaller size allows you to build your rack in half the time. The longer screwsare designed for installing accessories and they provide a more stable fit forsecuring equipment. Plus, we’ve incorporated a built-in non-conductive washer.Both are equipped with a self-starting tip making this rack simple to assembleand hassle-free.
Knock-Outs areEssential – There are several, carefully-placed knock-outs within our racks!We’ve laced our racks with (2) 2-inch holes at the top, on the base, and alongthe sides enabling you to easily run wires/cables to your equipment. We’ve alsoincorporated (2) 120mm knock-outs at the top & bottom of the rack, whichallow you to easily add the proper thermal management system like our COOL2037fan kits from Cool Components™. Or, you can use them for running wires withinthe rack which is especially handy when stacking two of our racks togetherusing our ROY1232 Rack Stax.
Accessory Screws– Within every one of our Royal Racks comes a pack of accessory screws based onhow many “U” spaces the rack has. For every 1U you’ll receive (4) accessoryscrews. Plus, you’ll receive an additional bag containing the shorter assemblyscrews. (Ex. If you have a 12U Rack you’ll receive 48 rack accessory screws, orif you have a 42U rack you’ll get 168.)
Royal Finish – Manufacturedfrom strong steel with a black powder coat finish, these Royal Racks are sureto look good for a long time.
Easy To Assemble!– In order cut an extra step out of your assembly time, we’ve pre-installed thecasters which offer 3inch gray, non-marring wheels…Also, Royal Racks comeknocked down for lower shipping costs but can be assembled with all the bellsand whistles in about 15 minutes.
