Free 30-day Return
- As per distance selling regulations, please contact us within 30days of receiptif you wish to return your item as unwanted for a refund. Once you have received returns authorization,the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.
- Items that are unwanted or ordered incorrectlymust be returned in the same condition they were received in with the original packaging and all parts.The buyer will then receive a full refund but they must cover return postage costs.
- For all returns authorizations please contact us via messaging and state the reason for the return.
- In the unlikely event that items are lost in the post we can send a replacement after15 working days (21 days for International orders)but unfortunately, we are unable to refund due to the risk of fraudulent claims.
- Forinternational customersplease be aware if your item becomes faulty and you require us to replace the item,the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we cannot reimburse return postage costs. However, we will send out the replacement at our cost.
