Sigma Electronics CBG-2655A stand-alone color bar, tone, and ID generator. NTSC formatted, with 3 color bar outputs and audio tone. Mounted on a rack panel.

Rear has three BNC connectors, two 3-pin audio screw terminal blocks (Audio 1 and Audio 2, + C −), and a 1/4 amp fuse holder. A cable ending in a male RCA plug is wired into the Audio 1 terminal.

Power cord is hardwired.

A previous owner's label reading "TWN ADV WACO" is on the front panel. Scratches and scuffs on the case.

Powers on. The green ON light comes on. No signal was tested, so color bar, tone, and ID outputs are not confirmed. Sold as powers-on.
