This professional 2U expansion system allows compatible Thunderbolt-equipped computers to use up to three full-length PCIe expansion cards. Sonnet designed the III-R for professional video/audio, storage, networking and other compatible PCIe cards.

  Testing / Condition:
  Unit was tested for power and Thunderbolt connectivity. Connected to an Apple MacBook using a Thunderbolt 2 cable, and the chassis established a connection with the blue status indicator illuminated, as shown in the photos. PCIe cards were not installed or tested, so individual PCIe slot functionality has not been independently verified. Thunderbolt cable and computer are not included.
