By purchasing you acknowledge this laptop is not currently working and is in the state as described in this listing and viewed in the photos.The laptop used to turn on but no longer does. Screen is likely good. Cometically there are signs or wear/use with small scuffs, chips in the paint and cracks in plastic hinge covers (actual hinges are metal and remain structurally sound). The keyboard has yellowed and is brittle with a number of keys no longer staying in or starting to crack (as pictured). Can probably salvage keys for parts or replace the keyboard pieces if wanting to repair. Inside the laptop the ribbon cable connecting the trackpad to the main board has been severed. A replacement ribbon cable would be needed for trackpad functionality. A hard drive is installed but I am not aware of the functionality. I hope someone can get this back up and running or use it for parts on the existing 505 laptop. Would make a great collector’s piece.
