When connected directly to the TI99/ 4A, this board powers itself through the computer’s side expansion port. No external power is needed or should be connected.⚠️ DO NOT connect an external power supply to the board while it is connected directly to the TI99/ 4A. Doing so can create a power conflict and potentially damage both the memory board and the TI99/ 4A computer.Power Jumper — TI / EXT:

• The 3-pin jumper selects how the board is powered:
• Pins 1–2 (TI): For direct connection to the TI99/ 4A. Powered by the TI99/ 4A. (runs off of +5v, using 5-10mah)DO NOT use external power.
• Pins 2–3 (EXT): For configurations requiring external power, such as use through the TI Speech Synthesizer. External power is required. (takes power from an external 5.5/ 2.1mm tip-positive +5.0 VDC power supply)

Always verify the jumper position and power configuration before connecting the board.

This board provides 32K of additional RAM and connects through the TI99/ 4A side expansion port. It features a TI/EXT power-selection jumper and external DC power jack.
The board was hand-assembled, soldered with solder gun, and tested by myself, and is confirmed working properly.
