Tandy 1000 SL/2 Vintage Computer — 640K, XTIDE, Dual Serviced Floppies
Offered here is aTandy 1000 SL/2that has been extensively serviced, upgraded, configured, and tested.
This is a particularly nice setup for someone who wants an actual usable Tandy 1000 rather than an untested machine or one that simply powers on.
The system has been upgraded to the full640K RAMand includes abrand-new TexElec XT-CF CompactFlash adapter, providing convenient solid-state storage while retaining both original floppy-drive formats.
The TexElec adapter alone cost$53.24.
The computer is currently configured withMS-DOS 5.0on CompactFlash and has been tested with period software and games.
