Important compatibility note: This key is exclusively compatible with BofA’s web-based banking system and does not work with the app version. Please also check FIDO2 compatibility before purchase, as ID Austria is not supported and Windows Hello login only works with Windows Enterprise editions that support Entra ID. NFC is supported for mobile authentication only.
Setup note: First-time users must complete initial key setup using the Thetis Key Manager on PC or Mac. The hardware PIN should be configured first to ensure smooth registration across supported services.
