This was a sealed kit of 2 packets with 4 16 gig sticks total. There was something spilled on the outer wrapper. Using AI to examine it, the conclussion was that it was likely some sort of pakaging machine lube. I am not sure what it was but I removed the outer wrapper and cleaned and sanitized the packs. None of the substance got inside the packs to the modules. These modules sell for 95 a peice currently .
