Packaging is missing the color sleeve, and the cardboard box has some writing in permanent marker. Note that this is a G1 (first generation) phone, not part of the current G2 Touchseries. It is fully tested, and working (see photos for picture of this phone booted and displaying it's home screen.

This listing is being sold AS IS, no returns, for parts only because otherwise too many people buy it, then figure out that they have a Second Generation, Unifi VOIP Touch phone system, and return it because it WILL NOT WORK with Unifi VOIP Touch systems. It is a Gen 1 phone and works fully with the legacy, GEN 1 SYSTEM ONLY. You have been warned :)
