Everything comes together. I don't have a digital coaxial cable to test the sound but speakers all sound like they have power when plugged in to power source. Light comes on bass but not the trebble speaker even though it makes noise when connected. I think the light may just be blown on the small speaker? Some slight discoloration as seen in pictures. Heavy unit.
