Good used condition. Tested - powers on - plugged it into a old PC I have - I get text on the screen but it scrolls up and down - not sure if that is caused by the PC, the cable or the monitor. Includes a power cord (not original). Monitor cable not included. Minor wear including small marks and light scratches - needs some more cleaning. No cracks or breaks on monitor. Includes swivel stand.
