This sale is for a vintage MicronPC Transport LT laptop. This laptop has been tested to power on and boot into Windows 98 Second Edition. Per our security policy, all personal data and documents have been deleted. The original battery no longer holds a charge but the OEM AC adapter is included.
Cosmetic wise: The laptop shows signs of use and general wear. The lid has some marks and a small part of the silver paint has rubbed away, revealing the black underside. The chassis has the remains of a sticker by the exhaust fan. The cover for the network controller card is missing a screw. The palm-rest and keyboard show signs of wear. The badges on the palm-rest is gone leaving behind some more sticker residue. The laptop also has a rubberized coating which has begun to degrade with age. This coating attracts dust and other particles.
Performance wise:The laptop runs fine but seems to be missing some drivers. There seems to be a driver conflict with the audio driver and the Ethernet controller is not installed. Performance drops are to be expected with vintage hardware and software.
NOTE: The internal CMOS battery is dead and needs to be replaced. Certain BIOS settings such as the date/time and other customized settings will be lost if the laptop is disconnected from a power supply.
