Please review the uploaded images carefully. As pictured, the outer cardboard packaging is heavily worn, taped, and open.

However, this is strictly a cosmetic issue with the outer box. The maintenance kit inside is brand new, completely unused, clean, and has never been installed. If you do not mind an ugly box, you can get a genuine original Xerox part here for a fraction of the retail price!
